  1. Select search criteria such as Timeline, Plant, Division, Department, Location, Contractor Code, Contractor Name, Activity Type, Observation Type, Observation Category, Observation Sub-Category, Observation Safety Standards, Severity, Status & Observer Team as per requirement.
  2. Click “Search” button to populate incident details in a tabular format.
  3. Click “Reset” button to clear all the selection criteria and refresh report screen.
  4. Click “Export to Excel” button on top right corner of the screen to export the report to excel spread sheet.
  5. Click “Export to PDF” button on top right corner of the screen to export the report to PDF file.
  6. Click Observation Detail, Date and Time, Plant, Division, Department, Location, Contractor Code, Contractor Name, Activity Type, Observation Type, Observation Category, Observation Sub-Category, Observation Safety Standards, Severity, Status & Observer Team in ascending/descending order.
  7. Click “Visit No” in Visit column to open Visit report in view mode.
  8. Click “Report No” in Report column to open Observation report in view mode.
  9. Select Report from drop down list in Report column to download the report in pdf format.
